Grampian Property Group Ltd. the subsidiary companies of which have been involved in property development and also residential property investment for rent in Aberdeen over a number of years, consists of a number of companies, of which, those in the list, is a list of the various companies and developments

 

Mercat Homes Ltd.
Investment in a development of 10 flats for rent at Bank Street, Ferryhill, in conjunction with Scottish Homes. The construction contract was carried out by Richmond Properties.

Pre-development contract with Stewart Milne Homes in conjunction with Scottish Homes to invest in 32 flats for rent at the Green. This was the enabling factor in the re-development of The Green.

Investment in 12 flats for rent in the Galleria.
Also Approved Landlords of the National Housing Agency, Scottish Homes.

 
Hamilton Residential Ltd.
Investment in a development of 10 flats for rent at Kennerty Court, Peterculter in conjunction with Scottish Homes.

Investment in 6 flats for rent at 21 Bon-Accord Street, Aberdeen in conjunction with Scottish Homes.

Investment in 37 flats for rent at the Galleria. Aberdeen.
Also Approved Landlords of the National Housing Agency, Scottish Homes.
 
Richmond Properties (Aberdeen) Ltd.
Development of derelict buildings at Bon Accord St. / Langstane Pl. to create the 200 seat Via Milano licensed restaurant, 8 shops, 1 200 seat bar diner and 49 flats known as The Galleria.

Development of licensed premises and 14 flats at Bon Accord St / Gordon St. in conjunction with Scottish Homes to provide 6 flats for rent and 8 flats for low-cost home ownership.

Development of 10 residential units at Kennerty Court, Peterculter, Aberdeen. Ownership thereafter transferred to Hamilton Residential Ltd.
 
Grampian Developments Ltd (associate company)
Aquisition, planning permission for 14 flats and subsequent sale of site at Claremont Street to Kirkwood Homes Ltd.

2. Aquisition of vacant property at 10 Belmont Street re-developed to create 8 flats. Completed and now all sold.

3. Aquisition of land and buildings at Justice Mill Brae / Union Glen to create 22 flats for home ownership.
